About Kathy Cleveland Bull

Kathy Cleveland Bull is a highly regarded professional speaker, trainer, author and organizational development consultant.  Her company, N~Compass Consulting, has worked with clients on four continents to successfully “Navigate the Art and Science of Change.” Kathy has taken the stage with such notables as “Dr. Phil”, Mark Victor Hanson and Deepak Chopra and has co-authored with Dr. Stephen Covey and others the book, Success Simplified – Simple Solutions Measurable Results. Kathy conducts personal and professional development keynotes and training seminars for Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations and religious institutions.  She consults on successful change strategies, human performance and organizational culture and effectiveness.  Kathy has highly developed facilitation skills as well as expertise in designing and facilitating meetings, off-sites and retreats. Prior to forming her own firm in 2001, Kathy was the Director of Training and Organizational Development at The Ohio State University.  Over her 17-year career in higher education she held various leadership positions in recruitment and retention, student affairs administration and leadership development at Bowling Green State University, North Carolina State University, and Ohio State. 

 A Phi Beta Kappa psychology graduate of Bowling Green State University, Kathy also holds two Master’s degrees, in Counseling and College Student Development.  In 2014, Kathy received her Certification as an Eating Psychology Coach from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, CO and continues to work with individual coaching clients in her private practice.

 In addition to her active professional life, Kathy volunteers her time on various boards at Bowling Green State University, is an active volunteer at First Community Church and serves on the Board of Trustees of the C.G. Jung Association of Central Ohio. She and her husband are the parents of two college-aged daughters.
